This stylish new holiday home is situated in a quiet court like location, just a short walk from the Cowes Boat Ramp and a safe and secluded bay beach, with a lovely safe childrens playground next door. The house comprises 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed, en-suite with shower & toilet, second with two sets of bunks, third with Tri bunk (double on bottom, single on top) & single bed, & Porta Cot, all bedrooms are heated, and will comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. The central bathroom has a bath & shower, laundry with washing machine & dryer & separate toilet. Sit back and relax in the large living area with TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, R/C heating/cooling and a sofa bed for those extra guests. The living area also opens out onto a large deck with Gas BBQ & outdoor setting, with plenty of room for everyone. For the evening meal there is seating for 12, which the fully equipped kitchen can easily cater for, with a dishwasher to make the clean up easier.
