Description
This lovely and sunny, bright with a beach feel, holiday home is family friendly and in a great location, there is a track that leads down past the Ventnor Creek it is a single level home with a great outdoor Bbq area.
The main living has Tv and DvD, reverse cycle heating/cooling and comfortable sofas, there is a dining table in a sunny alcove and the kitchen is fully self contained. The kitchen has electric cooking a microwave and a dishwasher; there are lots of platters and salad bowls perfect for alfresco dining.
The lounge has a wood heater and sliding doors opening on the back deck.
There are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom, the laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and there is a second shower and vanity in the laundry and a separate toilet. There is the bonus of a second fridge.
The back garden is fully fenced with a nice covered outdoor entertaining area that has a gas Bbq and outdoor setting. There is a cubby house and swings for the kids.
This is an affordable family home with lots of great features and in a fantastic location.
