Description
This great holiday home is located only a short walk to the front safety beach at Cape Woolamai.
With the main living area on the top level it has open plan living, dining and kitchen with large full length windows the property is sunny and spacious. The living area has comfortable sofas a tv and dvd player, a large enclosed wood heater as well as a split system heating and cooling unit and ceiling fans. The dining table is a central feature of the room with seating for 8 a great feature of this property is the large entertaining deck that has a gas bbq and an outdoor setting, this is accessed via sliding doors from the main living area. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There is electric cooking a microwave and a dishwasher as well as plenty of bowls and platters for Summer bbqs.
The mid level of the home has the three bedrooms, the family bathroom and the laundry. The lower level has the second living area and the second bathroom. The second living area has a tv and dvd player, sofa and a good size pool table with all equipment. There is access to the garden from this room and it has a ceiling fan. There is ample off road parking with covered parking under the deck.
This is a great family holiday home with lots of extras.
