Number 31

Number 31 is a self contained beach house just steps away from the popular Smiths Beach at Phillip Island.

All rooms have reverse cycle heating and cooling for all year comfort.
Free Wi Fi is available within the beach house.

The main living area is on the top level with open plan living area, dining and kitchen. The lounge is sunny and has amazing views to the water, there is a large flat screen smart tv, Bluetooth sound bar, comfortable sofa, and heating/cooling reverse cycle split system.

There are large wide sliding doors off the living area that leads onto a spacious deck with an under cover alfresco area, a central dining table for 12 and a self-contained kitchen. The kitchen has electric cooking, dishwasher and a microwave as well as lots of salad bowls and platters perfect for Summer bbqs.

There is one bedroom upstairs (King Room) with a King bed and modern ensuite with double sink. There is a flat screen tv and reading chair and sliding doors that lead directly onto the deck with great water views.

There is a second bathroom upstairs complete with a luxurious bath tub and walk in shower and separate toilet. The main deck upstairs has a gas bbq, electric flat grill, outdoor setting and water views across to Express Point, the hills towards Sutherland Bay and the surf at Smiths Beach.

The second bedroom (Hide Away Room) is on the ground floor. It has a Queen bed, flat screen tv, modern ensuite and a seating area.

The third bedroom (Malibu Suite) is also on the ground floor. It is a self contained area with its own kitchenette and sitting area with sofas, tv and Bluetooth sound bar. It has a retro vibe with double bed, tv in bedroom and direct access to the ground floor deck. The fourth bathroom is directly across from the bedroom. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, hotplate, sink and toaster. The suite can be closed off from the rest of the beach house.

There are additional sliding doors leading out to the lower deck from the sitting area.

The laundry is in a large covered garage area, with washing machine, trough, iron and ironing board.

The fourth bedroom (Bunk Room) is in a third living area down a few internal steps, it is a lovely relaxed area with sofas, and 3 sets of bunk beds. There is a TV monitor used for Play Station 2 games and board games are provided. The area can be closed off via the sliding bi fold doors.

The ground floor deck has a sitting area with outdoor furniture and additional decking can be found down a connecting platform. There is a fire pit situated on the gravel area off the ground floor decks.

All bedrooms and living areas have reverse cycle heating and cooling. The back garden is fully fenced, and the property has plenty of off street parking. There is an outdoor shower towards the rear of the drive way for additional guest convenience.

This is a fantastic family beach house perfect for your next holiday or weekend away.

Please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels OR linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services.
