Located only a short walk to the beach down a beautiful track next to Saltwater Creek, this elevated holiday home is in a great location, only a short drive (approx 8 minutes) to the surf at Smiths Beach. The Grand Prix Circuit and the world famous Penguin Parade are close by.

The main living is upstairs with open plan lounge, dining and kitchen, the lounge has leather sofas a wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD player. A beautiful feature is the polished timber floor and the floor to ceiling windows, there is a split system heating and cooling unit in the upstairs living area.

The dining table has seating for 8 and there are 3 stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with gas cooking a microwave and a dishwasher and a great addition is the in built water filter, there are plenty of salad bowls and platters perfect for Summer BBQ's on the deck.

There are 2 decks, the large deck looks over the rear garden and it has a gas BBQ and outdoor setting with seating for 6 plus extra chairs for visitors, the front deck is a perfect spot for sitting in the sun and taking in the rural views. The main bedroom with ensuite is also upstairs.

Downstairs there is a second living room with a TV and sofa, the other 2 bedrooms are downstairs as well as the family bathroom. the laundry has a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. The rear garden is grassy, perfect for a game of family cricket and there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is room for 2 cars under the carport and room for at least one other car in the driveway.
