Located in tranquil Silverleaves this family holiday home is on an unmade road with very little passing traffic, opposite the beach so really only a very short stroll to the water, also approx 10 minutes walk into Cowes along the beach.

There are 2 living areas in this great house, the main living is downstairs with the dining table and kitchen, the second living is upstairs with all the bedrooms upstairs, a great feature of the property is the central spiral staircase.

The downstairs living has a flat screen TV and DVD player, sofas and electric heating, the open plan dining and kitchen has a split system as well as a wood heater.  The kitchen is modern and well equipped with gas stove top and electric oven, a dishwasher and microwave, there are lots of platters and salad bowls perfect for Summer BBQ's in the back garden, this area is accessed through sliding doors off the kitchen/dining area there is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting set in a pretty garden a great spot for alfresco dining.

Up the spiral staircase is the second living with another flat screen TV , split system and sofas, this room is lovely and sunny with floor to ceiling windows and a door opening on to the front deck, not pictured there are a couple of sun lounges for this North facing deck.

The bedrooms are all carpeted and the family bathroom is on this level. There is a second bathroom downstairs that is combined with the laundry, having  a washing machine in the corner. The back gardenis parially fenced, there is ample off street parking with room for 3 cars under carports.  This is a lovely family home a little bit retro but with everything you will need for a great holiday or for a comfortable base for Track events.
