There is ample off street parking the property is partially fenced with a nice garden area, the decking runs 3/4 of the way around the house with seating in a couple of sunny spots perfect for relaxing on the deck.

This property is a short walk to the main shopping strip and there is a V Line / shuttle bus stop close by.
