Walk to everything, the unit is located in the most central location of Cowes. Leave the car and walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. This lovely 2 bedroom unit is on the 3rd level which gives great views of Cowes and the ocean.

There are 2 large bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other a bunk and single bed. The lounge is new and very comfortable, with tv and dvd. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 3 stools, table and chairs, oven and microwave. There is a bar heater too. The bathroom and laundry are combined, with Washing Machine, basin, shower and toilet. One car space is also available.

No bbq. Public bbq's are located on The Esplanade by the beach.

For all other bookings please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels OR linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services at https://southcoastlaundryservices.com.au
