If you are looking for peace and quiet, this property is the perfect getaway. Previously run as an Alpaca farm, the property is well known to all of Phillip Island and now welcomes guests from all over.
As you enter the property you will notice the large living/dining area complete with pool table and wood heater, there is also split system heating/cooling for your comfort.The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook for family and friends and the dishwasher makes for a fast clean up.
Off the living room is the main bedroom which has a queen bed and is where you can access the front verandah to enjoy the morning sunshine, the main bedroom also has plenty of wardrobe space and an ensuite.
Upstairs you will find another 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 3 single beds, there is also a small reading area where you can just sit back and relax. The main bathroom with bath and combined toilet is also on this level.
The laundry is a shared laundry between both properties as well as some outdoor areas also being shared spaces.
There is abig shed availble to store your trailer, boator horse carriage and 20 acres of land to ride your push bike or just to take a wander through.
