This great little unit is centrally located and only a 2 minute walk to the shops and the Cowes front beach.
The living area has comfortable sofas, a wall mounted flat screen tv, a central dining table, split system heating and cooling and a brand new modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully self contained with electric cooking and a microwave and a half size fridge.
There are 2 bedrooms the main one having a queen size bed with bedside tables and lamps and the second bedroom has a tri bunk (double on the bottom and single on top).
The bathroom / laundry is combined with shower, toilet and vanity as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The unit has electric wall heating.
You can see the beach from the driveway and the shops are within view as well.
