Set on a fully fenced block with established gardens front and back. The house is single level with a lovely deck overlooking the back garden.

Inside the house is comfortable with flat screen tv and dvd in the lounge, good size dining table, newly tiled in lounge/dining/kitchen, wood heater as well as split system for heating and cooling in the lounge. The kitchen is well set up with gas cooking and a microwave.

There is one bathroom connecting to the main bedroom and hallway. The laundry has washing machine iron and ironing board. The deck looks over the garden with a gas bbq and outdoor setting. The side of the house has a cool verandah perfect for sitting out on on a warm summer evening.

Carport can hold 2 cars lengthways.
