Polished timber floors in the living areas and carpeted bedrooms. The house has a lovely comfortable feel. There is a bathroom and off the main bedroom is an ensuite.

There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the laundry.
The property is mostly fenced with a huge decking area partially covered, looking out on to a lovely garden area.

There is a gas bbq and an outdoor setting perfect for outdoor entertaining. It is an easy 10 minutes walk to the surf beach. No Smoking Inside, No Animals.

For all other bookings please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels OR linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services.
