There are 4 bedrooms the main queen bedroom has an ensuite that is also the main family bathroom, accessed via the open living as well as the bedroom.
The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Out the laundry door there is a great covered in deck / entertaining area that has a large outdoor setting and a gas bbq. This area is enclosed with bistro blinds that can be raised and lowered as required.
Only a short stroll to Silverleaves General Store and the beach.
