Located in Smiths Beach only a 5 minute walk to the surf and General Store this spacious and sunny holiday home has heaps of room to accommodate 15 people. It is perfect for large families or even 2-3 families and is approximately a 10 minute walk to the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit.

The upstairs living has a family lounge room that has a flat screen TV Blue Ray DVD player, comfortable sofas and large sliding doors opening onto the front deck with small views of the water. A great feature of this property is the very large Victorian ash dining table with seating for 15. The kitchen is very well equipped with ample crockery, cutlery, a large fridge with ice maker/filtered water dispenser and a Coffee Machine.

The back deck is a quiet and tranquil area which has seating along with a large gas BBQ and a gas Webber. A brand new country style kitchen has been installed with a gas cook top, an electric oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. There is a split system heating and cooling unit in the dining kitchen area along with a newly installed wood fire in the lounge which heats up the whole top level to create a cosy winter feel with wood provided.
Adjoined to the lounge there is a Queen Bedroom which has sliding doors onto the verandah. This level also has a fully equipped bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.

Downstairs has the other four bedrooms which have been freshly painted and they are zoned with connecting doors in each zone.
As you walk through the bedrooms on the left hand side there is a bunk and a double bed. This room also has a small TV and an airconditioner/ heating system, then you walk through an internal door to the bedroom with the queen size bed which has a sliding door out to the front garden.

On the right hand side the first bedroom has a bunk and a single bed then you walk through an internal door to the bedroom with the queen and a set of bunks. There is a newly renovated bathroom downstairs with huge shower, toilet and 2 vanity units. The laundry is placed in the outside garage which has a washing machine and dryer along with an iron/ironing board.

One of the best features of this home is the converted garage that has been turned into an games room with a pool table, flat screen TV, bar fridge, fooseball table and a fold out sofa bed. This is a great place for the kids and teenagers to hang out while the adults relax upstairs. Directly across from the adjoining garage is another large garage which holds a table tennis table, 2 kayaks and bicycles. There is also room to lock up your motorbikes in this garage if needed and outside of the garage is a hot/cold shower for when you come in from the beach.

There are 3 driveways to park cars and a carport for a small car.
