Approximately 80 minutes drive from the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, you will find the beautiful, relaxing, town of Cape Woolamai, which boasts a number of surf beaches as well as a gentle safety beach, stunning scenery and awesome walking trails.

This gorgeous 2 storey beach house is light and bright and beautifully furnished throughout. The lounge includes a modern Danish wood heater - perfect to keep warm and cosy on those cold winter nights. It is the perfect family retreat for 1-2 families and truly offers something for everyone.

An open plan layout on the ground floor blends the living, dining and kitchen areas together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The main bathroom includes a combined bath/shower, whilst an ensuite adjoins the main bedroom upstairs. The balcony off the bedroom is the perfect position to view the dunes and coastal vegetation across the road and to catch a sunset or two.

The large garden includes a covered deck with seating for 6 and a bbq, there is another setting for 8 under a brilliant blue shade sail, where you can watch the children on the trampoline, in the sandpit or playing with the many outdoor toys provided.

A clever conversion from garage to games room provides an amazing space for both children and adults to relax and have fun. It includes a full size pool table, table tennis table top, foosball, dartboard, tv/dvd, Wifi, bar, toys and indoor/outdoor bean bags to chill out on.

The central location of this house allows you to walk to the safety beach, Anzacs surf beach, the supermarket/bottle shop and the fantastic, casual eateries nearby. The famous, patrolled Woolamai surf beach is accessed by car within minutes and is great for swimming, boogie boarding and surfing.

If you are looking for a family weekend getaway or a longer break, this is the perfect place for you to relax and enjoy some quality time together.
