Easy living with polished timber floorboards and the bedrooms are carpeted. The kitchen is fully self contained with electric cooking and a microwave, there are plenty of salad bowls and platters perfect for bbqs out on the deck. The deck is at the rear of the house with rural views and distant water views, a gas BBQ and outdoor setting the perfect spot for sitting relaxing and alfresco dining.

There are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom, the laundry is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is ample off street parking with room for a boat, the back garden is fully fenced and has a large grassy area.

This property sleeps a total of 6people and is pet friendly, strictly outside only but not recommended for larger dogs - pets are always by application only!
