You can sit and watch all the activity of a busy boating haven from the lounge, the back garden or the upstairs deck. There is only a stretch of grass between you and the marina. The views stretch out to Westernport Bay and they are magnificent!!!

Upstairs comprises of another sitting area with Tv and decking to enjoy the sun and take in the magnificent views of Newhaven Marina. You will also find the main bedroom and ensuite on this level.
