Upstairs you will find the tastefully decorated open plan living area with plenty of seating for all, TV and stereo system. A fully equipped kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook up a storm including gas cooktop and electric oven, microwave and, there's also a coffee machine. Sliding doors off the lounge and dining rooms give you access to the large deck where you will find a bbq to enjoy on those lovely summer days and nights, whilst taking in the water views.

Down on the next level you will find the 3 bedrooms, two with queen size beds and the third with 2 single beds, plenty of room to sleep the entire family. Also on this level you will find the main bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. Ducted heating ensures everyone is comfortable on those chilly evenings.

The property also has a laundry with washing machine and dryer and the 2 car garage is available for guest use.

Consisting of 4 bedrooms, this property is large enough to fit a big family but is also perfect for couples. This property is the perfect place to sit back, relax and unwind in!

Upstairs you will find the open plan living area with comfortable lounges, telescope, tv and a dvd player. A good supply of childrens books and games are provided as well as an extensive dvd collection. A split system provides year round comfort with heating and cooling. Two ceiling fans are also here.

The large dining table seats 10 people and a babies high chair is also available. The kitchen is well equipped for the family needs.

Verandah's are positioned on both sides of the house from the upstairs area with the east facing verandah providing morning sun and magnificent water views. The verandah is large enough to relax on whilst enjoying a wine or beer, have a cook up on the BBQ provided and eat at the outdoor setting.

Also on this level are three bedrooms which comprise 2 queen sized beds, 1 double and a single bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes and ceiling fans to provide extra comfort. The main bathroom has a bath, seperate shower and toilet.

Downstairs is the additional 4th bedroom made private by a small partition wall, this bedroom also has a 50 inch tv and dvd player. Off this room is the second bathroom and toilet along with the laundry. *Please note; the bunk beds in the photo are no longer at the property!

The property has ample parking with some undercover parking as well as enough room for a boat.

The kitchen has gas cook top and electric oven, microwave and dishwasher along with all the utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery needed for your family. There is also, a second lounge - plenty of room to spread out and enjoy yourselves.

Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, side table and lamps. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with bedside table and lamps. Bedroom 3 offers a bunk bed and extra single bed.

The spacious old world bathroom has a claw foot bath, shower and toilet and there is an additional shower and toilet in the laundry.

This is a lovely, sunny and comfortable home with lots of great features the perfect base for visiting Phillip Island.

The property is pet friendly (by application only, conditions apply) so your four legged friend can come and enjoy the holidays with you, but must remain off of the furniture and must not go in any bedrooms.
