This two story property on the forefront of Sunderland Bay has so much to offer, whether you prefer a trip to the beach, which is just a 2 minute walk away or a relaxing afternoon on the porch with just the fresh sea breeze, the choice is yours.

This outstanding home offers an unrivaled view of the Bass Strait on both levels, but don't let that distract you from the stylish and spacious interior.

Downstairs you will find 2 of the bedrooms, one with it's very own toilet and one with direct access to the main bathroom. Also downstairs is the rumpus room with foosball table and enough space for everyone to gather around and have a great time. The laundry is also on this level.

As you walk upstairs into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, the views really start to shine. On this floor you will find the master bedroom with ensuite and built-in wardrobe. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, fridge, conventional oven and electrical stove top, all your necessities for cooking are covered.

Outside the property, a roller door leads into a double carport with plenty of space for a car or two or maybe a boat.

This 3 bedroom property sleeps a maximum of 8 making it ideal for a large family or even for 2 families to enjoy together. The main bedroom has an ensuite and a queen size bed, the second bedroom also has a queen bed with the third bedroom having a tri-bunk which has a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top as well as an extra single bed. A second living space has been created with a tv and couch, making it the perfect room for all the kids.

Spilt system heating and cooling in the main area keeps you comfortable all year round. Relax outside on the spacious deck and enjoy a summer BBQ whilst watching the kids play in the fully fenced back yard or even bring your furry friend as pets are welcome (outside only, by application and conditions apply).

Sunderland Bay is approximately 10 minutes drive in one direction to Cowes and the same distance in the opposite direction to San Remo.

This lovely home is very well fitted out with all new furniture and fittings.

The kitchen has electric cooking, microwave and dishwasher. Lots of salad bowls and platters to place out on the island bench.

The lounge upstairs has wood heater, comfortable sofas and split system heating and cooling, tv and dvd and large dining table next to the kitchen.

There is a second living room downstairs with large couches.

The main bedroom is upstairs and the remaining three downstairs. Two of the downstairs bedrooms have tri-bunks (double on the bottom and single up top) making them perfect family rooms. Conveniently there are 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.

You will find a washing machine in the laundry and the tropical feel back yard is well presented and fully fenced.

Great features of this home are the 2 elevated decks allowing you to take advantage of the sun anytime of the day. The back deck has gas bbq and large outdoor setting perfect for alfresco dining.

The upstairs has a great open plan living/kitchen/dining area that also includes two outside decked areas to enjoy the sun. The 2nd living on the ground floor contains a kitchenette so no need to wake those upstairs for your morning coffee. Gas cook top, microwave and dishwasher complement the fully equipped kitchen.

There is a split system in both living areas and ample seating.
