It is also the same distance to Cowes beach.<br \/>\nThe front living room adjoins the kitchen which has electric cooking and microwave there are two fridges the older one is best used for drinks there is a TV with comfortable sofas.<br \/>\nThe rear living area opens on to the back deck through double French doors. The back living has TV and DVD and wood heater.<br \/>\nLovely holiday feel to the home. Big back garden with swing set and basic volleyball net.<br \/>\nThe back deck is perfect for sitting and relaxing or using as an extra room for eating and entertaining there is a gas bbq and outdoor setting.<br \/>\nGreat location for Track Events as easy walk into Cowes<\/p>\n<p>Pets are welcome &#8211; Strictly outside only,  Property is not fully fenced (Conditions apply)<\/p>\n<p>Back lounge room leading out on to back deck with TV and DVD, comfortable sofas, wood heater and dining table. Back deck has gas bbq and outdoor setting and sun lounges. Huge block. Front living area has kitchen with electric cooking, microwave and 2 fridges TV and sofas.<\/p>\n<p>4 bedrooms each containing a split system, plus a family bathroom and combined bathroom\/laundry Front deck with outdoor setting and table tennis table.<\/p>\n<p>Moto Gp is a 7 night minimum!
