Only metres from Cowes foreshore and steps away from cafes and shops.  Leave the car in the car park and wander around Cowes and the beach.<\/p>\n<p>This neat and tidy unit offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.<\/p>\n<p>Bedroom one has queen bed and a single, bedroom 2 has a set of bunks and a single bed perfect for the kids..<\/p>\n<p>Both bedrooms with built in robes.<\/p>\n<p>Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, plenty of bench space and electric cooking appliances.<\/p>\n<p>Step outside to a lovely grass area for a picnic overlooking the yacht club.<\/p>\n<p>This property has a communal laundry and a shared electric bbq.<\/p>\n<p>*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property*<br \/>\nGuests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.<br \/>\nAlternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.<\/p>\n<p>A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, booking through \u201cObrien Real Estate\u201d necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit\/debit card.
