The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking, microwave and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.  <\/p>\n<p>The family bathroom has a bath and there is a separate laundry with washing machine.  Enjoy a bbq on the back deck whilst watching the kids play in a peaceful setting!<\/p>\n<p>*THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ACCECPT CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 15.<\/p>\n<p>*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property*<br \/>\nGuests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.<br \/>\nAlternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.<\/p>\n<p>A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, booking through \u201cObrien Real Estate\u201d necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit\/debit card.
