Description

This fun two storey home is located in the quiet boutique part of Silverleaves. Absolute foreshore, your back door is the beach. There is a little track through the ti trees to the water. Only about a 5 minutes drive to the main shops of Cowes or you can walk along the beach into town, it would take half an hour or so.

The living room and kitchen are located on the upper level. It is open plan with floor to ceiling windows the full length of the room. The lounge room has a good size flat screen tv and dvd, comfortable sofas and chairs, an enclosed wood heater and a reverse cycle air conditioner, and amazing water views and the dining table is a central feature. There is electric wall panel heaters throughout the house.

The kitchen is equipped with microwave and electric cooking, dishwasher and lots of platters and salad bowls perfect for alfresco dining out on the balcony. There is a gas Bbq and a good size outdoor setting. The balcony is north facing with amazing views looking over to French Island.

This property has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The upstairs level of the property, two of the bedrooms have reverse cycle split systems, both have queen size beds and each has their own ensuite one of these bathrooms also has access from the upstairs hallway/living area. One of the bedrooms has water views and the other has electric wall heating.

Downstairs there is a third room with a king bed, it has electric heating and an external sliding door and the fourth bedroom has 2 sets of bunks. There is a family bathroom downstairs with a bath and a shower and a separate toilet. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The second living area is downstairs complete with TV, sofas and lots of books and games. Open the sliding door from this room and walk straight on to the sand.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
