Polished timber floors in the living areas for easy cleaning and carpeted bedrooms. The house has a lovely comfortable feel. There is a family bathroom and additional ensuite off the main bedroom.

Laundry facilities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The property is mostly fenced with a huge decking area partially covered, looking out on to a lovely garden area. There is a gas bbq and an outdoor setting perfect for outdoor entertaining.

Grab your surfboard as it is an easy 10 minute walk to the surf beach.
