The kitchen is self contained and well equipped with electric cooking, a microwave, dishwasher and large fridge and freezer. The outdoor decking is covered and there is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting with seating for 8, a lovely spot for alfresco dining,

There are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom, which adjoins the main bedroom. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The decking runs 3/4 of the way around the house with seating in a couple of sunny spots perfect for relaxing or hiding away to read that good book. The property is partially fenced with a nice garden area and there is ample off street parking.

This property is a short walk to the main shopping strip and there is a V Line / shuttle bus stop close by. This sunny and comfortable property has everything you will need for a great holiday, weekend away or for track events. The garage is not available but may be available for the Moto GP if requested!
