This 3 bedroom unit is absolute walking distance to the beach and approx 3 minutes walk to the shops & restaurants. The kitchen & bathrooms have been totally renovated to make this a very pleasant place to stay in.
Nearly every room has a view to the water and the main bedroom has a small balcony with a breakfast setting. All the living is downstairs and the bedrooms and main bathroom are upstairs.
The lounge / Dining and Kitchen is open plan with a couple of internal steps.
There are comfortable sofas, Tv and Dvd and lots of games for the kids.
For heating and cooling there are 2 split systems, one upstairs and one downstairs as well as electric wall heaters.
The kitchen has Electric cooking, microwave, dishwasher and insinkerator. It is fully equipped with pots and pans plates and cutlery etc.
The main bathroom is upstairs and downstairs there is an additional toilet.
For added cooking there external electric blinds on the north facing wall.
Car parking is at the rear of the building under a carport.
This property does not have a bbq but the public bbq's are close by. A great spot for your next holiday or a weekend getaway.
