Description
This 3 bedroom unit is absolute walking distance to the beach and approximately 3 minutes walk to Cowes shops & restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms have been totally renovated to ensure guests comfort and convenience. All this in a great location for your next holiday or weekend away.
Nearly every room has a view to the water and the main bedroom has a small balcony with a breakfast setting. All the living is downstairs and the bedrooms and main bathroom are upstairs.
The lounge, kitchen/dining area is open plan. Take a step up into the kitchen/dining area giving a feeling of separation. You will find everything you need to prepare the meals along with electric cooking, microwave, dishwasher and even an in-sinkerator.
There are comfortable sofas, Tv and Dvd and lots of games for the kids in the lounge. Or open up the stack doors to the outdoor area.
For heating and cooling there are 2 split systems, one upstairs and one downstairs as well as electric wall heaters.
The main bathroom is upstairs and downstairs there is an additional toilet.
For added protection from the sun and privacy, there are external electric blinds on the north facing wall.
Car parking is at the rear of the building under a carport.
Take a short stroll along the beach and you will find public bbq's and a playground.
