There are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over bath and separate toilet.

Accessed through the laundry is a good sized deck with gas bbq and outdoor setting, perfect for outdoor entertaining and the back yard is fully fenced.

Plenty of off-street parking is available for cars and boats.
