Description
The open plan living area has plenty of seating at the dining table and the kitchen is well equipped with all you would need to cook for the family.
The lounge area has comfortable couches where you can sit back, relax and watch a movie or read a book by the fireplace on those cooler nights. The living areas have a ceiling fan and 2 split systems for heating and cooling so you can stay comfortable year round.
The property has 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the second with a double bed and 1 set of bunks and the third with a queen bed and a set of bunks. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan.
The bathroom has a walk in shower and a full sized bath and there is an extra shower and toilet off from the laundry which makes it perfect for 2 families. A washing machine is provided for your convenience.
Relax on the outdoor lounge chairs or enjoy a bbq out the back and bring the boat as there is plenty of space in the driveway or maybe even under the carport.
This property is a short walk to the beach and you can wash off under the hot and cold outside shower prior to entering the house.
