The main living dining and kitchen are upstairs and there is a second living area downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking, microwave and dishwasher there is double sliding doors leading out on to a great covered deck area that has gas bbq and outdoor setting.
The lounge is very comfortable with a flat screen TV and DVD, there is a split system heating and cooling in the upstairs living area.
Also upstairs is the main bedroom with ensuite and the other 2 bedrooms are downstairs. All bedrooms have fixed wall electric heating.
The downstairs living area also has a tv and dvd and eclectic heating, there is a Queen Size sofa bed in this lounge as well as a small 4 seater dining table. There is a bathroom downstairs as well as the laundry which has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The clothes dryer is located in the garage.

Ventnor is approx 10 minutes drive to Phillip Island Racetrack, Cowes and the Phillip Island Penguin Parade.
