The main living area is open plan with comfortable modular sofas, large flat screen tv and dvd. There is a central 8 seater dining table and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully self contained with electric cooking a microwave. The living area has split system heating and cooling as well as an electric wall heater. There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom.
The laundry has a washing machine, Iron and ironing board.
So that you can sit and relax there is a front deck with breakfast setting and a great undercover area at the back of the house that has a gas bbq and outdoor setting. The back garden is fully fenced and pets will be considered but must remain strictly outside only (conditions apply).
This is a lovely sunny and clean home that has been very tastefully decorated with all new furnishings. Approx 5 minutes drive into Cowes main shopping area and only a short 3 minute walk to the general store.
The garage is not available for use.
