Description
The main living is on the top level with stunning views of the water, the lounge is open plan with comfortable sofas, a large tv, dvd player and fireplace, perfect for keeping warm on those cold winter nights. Sliding doors open on to a large sunny deck where you can relax with a book or cook a bbq on those gorgeous summer days we have here on the Island.
The property has a stunning European kitchen with gourmet appliances including dishwasher and microwave oven. You have everything you need to cook a gourmet meal for the whole family or group of friends.
Upstairs is the main and second bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king bed that can be split into 2 x king singles upon request and the second bedroom has a comfy queen bed. A large bathroom with a wonderful bath awaits you after a day at the beach.
As a wheelchair friendly property, the staircase is also fitted with a chair lift (available with prior request only).
Downstairs is the second lounge area with TV and comfortable sofas with sliding doors opening onto another deck with more beautiful views of the water and a wheelchair ramp giving access to the beautiful landscaped garden. Off the lounge area is the second kitchen again with electric cooking and a bar fridge, making this property perfect for two families.
There are also another two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a queen bed and another with a tri-bunk and bunk bed making this home able to accommodate 11 guests very comfortably. The bathroom downstairs is disability accessible. There is also a laundry complete with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. A Portacot and high chair are available for families with little ones.
The property has a 2 car garage and an outdoor shower for washing off after a day at the beach.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card.
