With open plan elevated living there are views to the ocean from the large deck. Inside the home is sunny and comfortable with a tv and dvd player, comfortable sofas, electric heating, split system heating and cooling, ceiling fan and sliding doors opening on to the deck.
The kitchen is fully self contained with electric cooking and a microwave and the dining table is a central feature of the room.
There are three bedrooms each with a queen bed and a family bathroom that is combined with the laundry. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The large deck has views to the ocean and a gas BBQ and outdoor setting perfect for summer bbq's.
There are no fences but there is plenty of parking under the home for cars, bikes, boats or other watercraft.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
