Description
This newly renovated and well maintained lovely four bedroom holiday home is located only a short 5 minute drive to Cowes shopping centre and a 3 minute walk to the beach through a walkway between properties.
Set on two levels the main living area is upstairs to take advantage of the great water views with a wall mounted flat screen tv, comfortable sofas and a central dining table, the room has a split system heating and cooling unit as well as a wood heater for those cosy winter nights.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking a microwave and dishwasher as well as lots of platters and salad bowls perfect for alfresco dining out on the deck. The deck has an outdoor setting and gas bbq, where you can simply sit and enjoy the sunset over the water.
The main bedroom is upstairs and has an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity as well as water views.
The lower level has three bedrooms and a living area with second TV it also has a play station and lots of board games for the kids. With access to the out door decking overlooking a large fenced rear yard that is perfect for a family game of cricket.
The newly renovated family bathroom includes a walk in shower, a separate bath and a full laundry. There is an electric wall heater downstairs and portable heaters and fans in the bedrooms for your comfort.
The yard is fully fenced and there is a double carport available.
