Positioned right next to the golf course and only a short walk to the beach, this property is a perfect family holiday home.
With a lovely cool veranda running around half of the house, this home is comfortable and family friendly. The open plan lounge kitchen and dining has plenty of full length windows giving this home an inviting feel.
The main lounge has flat screen TV and DVD player, comfortable sofas, polished boards, a large wood heater, along with gas heating. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking, a microwave and a large fridge. You will find plenty of platters and salad bowls perfect for bbqs on the deck. There is also a central dining table.
Double French doors lead off the living area out on to the great deck, that has a gas bbq and a good size outdoor setting.
Upstairs has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, TV, air conditioner and a covered balcony and the family bathroom with bath and separate shower.
In a loft space upstairs you will find 2 single beds and 1 king size bed, along with a sofa, tv and dvd player. A great space for the kids to hide away.
Downstairs are the other 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed and an ensuite, the other with 2 king singles that can join together to make a king size bed. This area also has a laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
