Description
The main living is upstairs with open plan lounge, kitchen and dining. The lounge has leather sofas, large flat screen tv and dvd player, iPod dock for guests use and timber floors. A split system heating and cooling unit in this area. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking, plenty of platters and salad bowls and microwave and the essential dishwasher. There is an Nepresso compatible coffee pod machine, for all cofee lovers. The central dining table has seating for 6.
There is a lovely sunroom at the front of the house which leads onto a new decked area - the sunroom has a comfortale sofa - a great spot to sit, relax and watch the world go by.
Two of the bedrooms are upstairs and the third with the one double and one single is downstairs. The bathroom is combined with the laundry it has a shower, vanity, washing machine and there is a separate toilet. The property also has an iron.
A great feature of this home is the large veranda running down the side of the house and the large entertaining deck at the rear where there is also a large gas bbq and outdoor setting perfect for summer bbqs and watching the kids play in the backyard.
