This home is beautifully presented and has everything you will need for a great holiday or weekend away. This is a lovely and sunny, family orientated holiday home in a great location.
Featuring a stunning living room accessed by stairs from the middle level of the home this area has a flat screen tv and dvd player, comfortable sofas and amazing views. Down the stairs again and there is a lovely dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with a large gas stove, a microwave and dishwasher, with plenty of salad bowls and platters perfect for summer bbqs out on the deck. The main deck is accessed through sliding doors off the kitchen and it has a gas bbq and outdoor setting and a large dining setting with seating for 8.
Two of the bedrooms are on this middle level and have direct access to the wrap around decking - open up the French doors and let in the breeze. The main bedroom has an ensuite and French doors leading out to the private balcony overlooking the garden.
The third bedroom is on the ground level as well as a family bathroom and laundry.
This is a fabulous house with a hot and cold outdoor shower, a second large deck in the garden and even a wood fired pizza oven. The property is fully fenced with a native garden and there is ample off street parking. There is a table tennis table and foosball in the garage for guests use.
