The house opens into an open plan kitchen and lounge room. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking and includes dishwasher and microwave.
The living room has Tv and dvd, there is a split system heating and cooling unit, the dining table seats 6.
There are three bedrooms, the main with built in robes and an ensuite. Second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two sets of single bunks - plenty of room for the extended family or group of friends.
A great feature of this property is the deck which is accessed off the lounge. With a gas Bbq and lots of outdoor seating options to suit your mood. Relax on the couches or chill around the table. Have breakfast with your morning cuppa, or afternoon drinks at the bar. There is also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off after the beach.
This property is fully fenced front and back and there is ample off-street parking behind the fence, with room for a boat or other watercraft.
