Description
This large home provides ample space to comfortably accommodate 2 families. The main living is upstairs with open plan kitchen dining and living. The lounge has a flat screen tv and dvd player, a wood heater and split system, there are comfortable sofas and floor to ceiling windows that provide light and sunshine into the property providing a great feel.
The kitchen is very well equipped, it is fully self-contained with electric cooking, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher, there are lots of salad bowls and platters perfect for bbqs out on the deck. The deck is accessed from the main lounge and it has an outdoor setting, gas bbq and sun lounges for relaxing in. There is a central dining table, a cd player, iPod dock and books and games for use.
The three queen bedrooms are upstairs with the main bedroom having an ensuite. There is a family bathroom on this level, and both bathrooms have been newly renovated.
Downstairs is a second living area with a tv and sofa, a great area for the kids to use. The other two bedrooms are on this level and there is a toilet in the powder room. The laundry is well equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
There is an outdoor shower perfect for the summer months and it has a double carport and ample off street parking. The property is fully fenced and the garden area has an outdoor setting set amongst the ti trees perfect for morning or afternoon tea time!
