The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooking facilities and microwave.

The laundry is downstairs and provides the convenience of a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board plus an additional toilet.

This property is fully fenced making it pet friendly (not on furniture or left inside unattended).
