A great space for everyone to gather in the open plan living/dining and kitchen area or step out onto the good sized balcony. The lounge area includes a TV, video, DVD player, stereo and split system.
A fully serviced kitchen includes electric cooking, microwave, fridge and coffee pod machine. Along with all the pots/pans, crockery and cutlery needed.
The lower level contains 3 bedrooms, the family bathroom and laundry equipped with washing machine and dryer. There is also a lovely deck offering gas bbq facilities for you to enjoy.
A great little playground for the kids is set up in the backyard which is overlooked by the upstairs balcony. There is undercover parking for 2 cars.
