Only a few steps to the patrolled surf beach, and even less, to the Smiths Beach general Store and local surf shop. Take a short drive out to the Grand Prix Circuit or Penguin Parade.

This townhouse is well set up for year-round holidays. Consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it features polished floorboards in the living areas and carpeted bedrooms. Upstairs is the fully equipped kitchen with electric appliances, lounge with Tv, Video, Dvd and stereo, games and books. 2 of the bedrooms and family bathroom are on this level.

Downstairs has a lounge/sitting room, bedroom and en-suite, a laundry with washing machine and dryer. The double lock up garage is available for guest use.

Split system heating and cooling ensure guest comfort all year. This property sleeps a total of 8 people.
