The main living area with TV is upstairs, complete with open plan kitchen/dining/living which accesses the massive wrap around deck, complete with plenty of seating options and a bbq. Soak up the views and relax in the quiet surrounds. Snuggle up around the wood fire on those chilly days or utilize the split system all year round. You will find board games and wide open grounds to keep everyone occupied at any time of year.

The kitchen has a giant island bench with 6 stools, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric cooking appliances and space to cater for the family holiday.

The property is directly opposite the foreshore reserve with easy access to the beach. This home has everything needed for a wonderful holiday.

An EV charger is provided free of charge for those with electric vehicles, it is a generic charger and can charge all current electric vehicles at a maximum rate of 7kw.
