Description

Inside, the property has been refreshed and is sunny and warm, with comfortable sofas, a flat screen tv and dvd player and Foxtel. A split system provides heating and cooling and a cosy wood heater is perfect for chilly nights. There is seating for six around the dining table and the kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities.

Consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and the 3rd with a double bed, the property comfortably sleeps 6. The lovely family bathroom has a claw bath and there is a well appointed 2nd bathroom, accommodating to everyone.

Off the dining area, through glass doors, is the undercover bbq area with seating for 6, egg chairs to chill in and overhead heating for the cooler nights - a perfect spot for BBQ's and relaxing.

The yard is fully fenced and secure for the kids to run wild. The carport and driveway provide plenty of off street parking with enough room for your boat.
