The unit has a split system for heating and cooling to keep everyone comfortable in summer and warm in winter.

The main bedroom has a Queen bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds. The combined bathroom and laundry has a shower, washing machine, iron & ironing board and there is a separate toilet.

The good sized front windows look out onto the native ti tree communal area that has wooden picnic setting and built in gas bbq. Each unit has a small private north facing deck.

Set on a huge block there are 2 identical units available for holiday rental next to each other with a private track through the ti tree to the beach. This would be a great location for an inexpensive family holiday or weekend away!
