Offering absolute privacy is this fully fenced property with an easy access, dual entrance driveway and a secret garden that leads you to the hidden half tennis court at the rear of the property, a highlight for those that want to keep active.

With a relaxed coastal cottage feel and the perfect design for entertaining family and friends in the large outdoor entertaining area or simply to relax in and laze away the afternoons.

Comprising an open plan kitchen/dining/family room with a large wood heater (wood not supplied), split system heating/cooling and double doors leading out to the under cover rear deck.

The property has 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two single beds and an ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third also has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. There are 3 bathrooms including the ensuite and one combines the laundry. There is space and comfort for everyone!

The property is pet friendly (by application only, conditions apply) so your four legged friend can come and enjoy the holidays with you, but must remain off of the furniture and must not go in any bedrooms.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.

Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card.
