The home comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms of which one is an outside shower and toilet, 2 spacious living areas, bar, 2 balconies, and a large decked outdoor entertainment area.
The spacious downstairs living/dining area features a cane style lounge and egg chair making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying each other's company. Behind the lounge is a large wooden table perfect for sharing meals with each other. Walk out of the lounge through the large glass doors onto the impressive, decked, outdoor entertainment area. This area features a bbq and a wooden table with seating for 6 and also an outdoor egg chair. This is complemented by umbrellas, making it perfect for your summer bbqs.
Bedroom two features a single bed and looks out onto a beautiful garden. Bedroom three features a tri-bunk. Bedroom four features a queen bed and a view to a well maintained garden. Downstairs is the main bathroom which features a spa bath and overhead shower. There are 2 split systems, one upstairs and one downstairs for added comfort.
Walk up the stunning staircase and you will reach the kitchen/dining area. The beautifully designed kitchen features a wall oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave and even a coffee machine. The kitchen includes a large stainless steel fridge, with an ice making machine. In the dining area there is a wooden table that will seat 8 guests. Next to this area is another spacious lounge room with a flat screen tv and overlooks an entertaining area and lush green gardens.
The spacious master bedroom features a queen size bed and floor to ceiling windows overlooking a beautiful outdoor area and lush green garden. The spacious master ensuite includes a spa bath, rainwater shower head and his & her vanities.
Situated just a short stroll from Silverleaves General Store and the Golf Course.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
