Bedroom 2 features a queen sized bed and bedroom 3 contains 2 single beds.
The second sitting area with reverse cycle air conditioner, spectacular coastal views and access to the spacious outdoor entertaining area (with Bbq) is open to the kitchen and dining area.
The bright and modern kitchen features a stainless steel gas stove top, stainless steel double wall oven, dishwasher and large stainless steel fridge which makes catering for the family a pleasure.
Sitting area number three features a wood fire and a foosball table, perfect for entertaining the kids on a rainy day.
The homestead yard is huge with two outdoor picnic tables (in addition to the outdoor alfresco area with bbq) all looking out over the rugged coast of Ventnor, ideal for family picnics. There is heaps of room for the kids to run around, play ball games or ride their bikes, along with a large cubby house with a slippery slide and climbing wall!
