Only a 5 minute walk to Cowes Front Beach (approx) and Cowes main street with all its shops cafe's and restaurants. Inside the lounge dining and kitchen are open plan with a large flat screen TV and DVD player, comfortable sofas and stereo. There is a split system heating and cooling unit and cool polished timber floors. There is a central dining table and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. The kitchen has eclectic cooking, a microwave and dishwasher, the fridge is a good size and there are lots of platters and salad bowls perfect for alfresco dining. The deck is at the rear of the house with a large outdoor setting, a gas BBQ, outdoor sink and crockery and cutlery the perfect spot for Summer BBQ's.
