Being above the shops and with nothing between you and the beach, sit on the balcony and look across Western Port Bay to the Mornington Peninsula. You can't get more central Cowes than here - park the car and walk to restaurants, shops or across the road to the beach.

Featuring open plan living with comfortable lounge area, with flat screen TV and DvD player, tiled floors and floor to ceiling windows. There is split system heating and cooling and double sliding doors opening on to the balcony. There is a large central dining table with seating for 8.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric cooking, microwave and dishwasher, there are lots of platters and salad bowls perfect for alfresco dining. The balcony is private and has an outdoor setting and gas BBQ, the views are amazing.

The master bedroom has an ensuite with a spa bath. The laundry is European style with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is one secure undercover car spot and a second visitors car park at the rear of the building.
