The alfresco is protected by pull down blinds around the perimeter for those windy days or opened up to the sun in the warmer months.
Everything you need for meal prep is available in the kitchen including electric cooking, microwave and dishwasher.
3 good sized bedroom with bedding configuration to suit the family, master with TV and two bathrooms - main bathroom includes bath and separate shower.
With a fully fenced yard and a 2 car garage available for use and there is even enough room to park a boat beside the house.
Under 2 minutes drive to the Anderson Road boat ramp and a few minutes longer walk to the MotoGP shuttle bus pick-up/drop-off location. The home is ideally located in a quieter area of Cowes making it ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy the tranquility of Phillip Island.
